D’Amber Denise Rose- Childers was born in Waco, Texas on August 9, 1995 to Kimeshia Rose and LaDamon Childers. Kevin Hubby AKA “Pops” a dedicated step-father raised D’Amber from an early age.
D’Amber known to all by Dee cultivated an active and creative spirit. D’Amber was educated in Waco Schools. She graduatedfrom LaVega High School in 2013. D’Amber was never employed, but many often joked about her charging for simple household chores or tasks completed for family and friends. To know D’Amber was to love her from the verbal arguments to her comedic conversations. Perhaps you did not get one of the many Facebook request, but her famous words “We are Family” will never fall void to your ears. D’Amber loved spa dates at the nail salon, drawing pictures and crafts, and most of her family.As her Granny always said Dee was the glue that kept the family together.
D’Amber accepted Christ at an early age. She was an active and dedicated member at Marshall Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. D’Amber attended Sunday School. She has ushered all her life, participated in Mission, and sang in the choir.
D’Amber Rose Childers is survived by her Parents: Mother Kimeshia Rose(Kevin Hubby) and Father LaDamon Childers all of Waco, TX. Her siblings Laportia Rose-Parr (Kourtney), Keneshia Rose, Alicya Rose, Keyvonna Childers, D’erykah Childers, and LaDamon Childers Jr. Maternal Grandparents, Brenda Rose and Clarence Smith(Virginia) Paternal Grandparents Elaine Douglas and Gary Don Degrate. She also leaves to cherish her Aunts, Veronica Rose,Sophia Rose-Degrate(Reginald) and Tawykee Childers. A devoted Great Aunt Kathy Lewis; her Uncles, LaDarric Childers, Roy Smith, Jason Smith, Clarence Vansickle and Christopher Vansickle along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
