Obituary
Joyce was born April 26,1931 to Oscar and Gladys Neal. She was a faithful member of Paul Quinn Street Church of Christ, where she served along side her husband Brother Israel Steverson Sr. for over 50 years
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Gladys Neal, her loving husband, Israel Steverson Sr., her son Israel Steverson Jr., her brother Oscar Neal Jr, sister, Annie Hall, sister in law, Nora Faye Neal, and her nephew Ronnie Neal.
Joyce is survived by her daughter Linda Steverson, son Michael Steverson, four brothers Arthur Neal, Gary Neal, Edward Neal, and Billy Neal, two sisters Lola Alston and Bobbie Hall, grandchildren Adolphus Williams(Ingrid), Monica Dixon, Charles Siggers(Tiffany), Aukea Gordan(Mario), and Kevin Steverson. She also leaves behind 4 great grand children Desiree Williams, Johnathan Steverson, Rhalacea Steverson, and Julius Cross.
