Lola Bertha (Green) Bradley was born to Joe and Nettie Mae Green on a blessed and wonderful day on April 18,1951.
She received the lord at a very young age while attending Church of God in Christ in Gholson, Texas, where she grew up and flourished. Later, she united with Marshall Chapel, then Word of Life Christian Church in Waco, Texas.
Lola attended Aquilla and West High Schools. Later, she became a CNA and begin to work at Quality Care Nursing Home in Waco, Texas. She later became a hairstylist in the 1980s at Waco Beauty School. She was a loving member of “80s Enough Card Committee Group,” which she loved dearly.
Lola united with Willie R. Morris in 1967 and, to this union, three beautiful children where born. Later in life, in the mid 1980s, she united with Dennis Bradley.
Lola was preceded in death, by her parents; a loving son, Darrell Powell; her first-born; three sisters, Joe Esther, Jimmie Ruth and Lucretia Wagoner; three brothers, Gary Green, Sr., Delton Green, Sr., and Emmitt Washington (TWolfe); and devoted, loving friends.
hose who are left to cherish her memory include one son, Steven D. Green of Gholson, Texas; two daughters, Lakisha Green Paul of Waco, Texas, and Tonya Green of Gholson, Texas; two sisters, Glenda Ann Smith of Waco, Texas, and Virdle Mae Sadler Nance of Waco, Texas; some very special grandchildren whom she loved as her own, Quonesha Green, Denard Paul, Jr., Deondria Paul, and Raymond Rodriquez, Jr., Aaliyah Rodriquez; great-grandchildren, Arlexcia Perez, David Coleman III, Denart Paul III, Cherish Posey, and LaDarius Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
