Lucille Williams was born November 18, 1942 in Waco, Texas to George and Mary Franklin. She accepted Christ at an early age and acknowledged him as her Lord and Savior. She had 2 beautiful daughters Floretta Ballou and Ruby Fae Montgomery. Lucille married Norah Evans and spent 50 plus years with him until the Lord called him home in 2011. Lucille was remarried to her good friend Lacy Williams of Leroy Texas. She loved her city and spent all her life in Waco Texas.
Lucille was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, auntie, and friend to many. She cherished her grandkids Cevena Ballou-Baldwin and Catrece-Ballou Smith. She took pride is being a great-grandmother to her 8 great-grandchildren CaVosciun Taylor, MeKailah Baldwin, Chamira Ballou, Cheyann Baldwin, Cobye Baldwin, CeNiya Baldwin, Caleah Smith, Caylee Smithand great great grandchild CaVonna Taylor. She loved her church family at One Fellowship Church. She served as an usher and enjoyed sociable events and outings with her family and friends. She was a Diva to everyone. No matter where she went, she was also dressed to impress. She loved her big rings, decorative jewel, and dangling earrings. She spent many weekends shopping with her best friend Shirley Estelle andeating out at different restaurants.
Lucille Williams exchanged her time on earth for eternity,peacefully at 11:57 pm on Saturday April 25, 2020 at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Waco, Texas. She is preceded in death by both her daughters and all her brothers and sisters. Lucille leaves to cherish her memories: her good friend Edna Jean Hubby, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, families, and friends.
