Zillyana Nalaia Thornton

Zillyana Thornton passed away on May 11, 2022 after a tragic loss. Zillyana was born on July 15, 2020 to Jaylon Thornton and Michaela Rodriquez.

Zillyana is preceded in death by her grandmother Nellie Herrera Rodriquez and great grandfather John Herrera “Blackie”.

She is survived by her parents and “big brother” Zayden Thornton. Her grandmother Jessica Espinosa-Thornton. Grandfathers Michael Rodriquez Sr. and Travis Thornton.  Her great grandparents: Mary Herrera, Ramon and Anna Vargas . Her aunts Gabriela & Selsa Herrera, Jessalyn & Annalise Thornton. Her uncles Cecilio Herrera & Michael Rodriquez.  

Pallbearers are Michael Rodriguez Alfredo Romo Izaiah Angelo Herrera. Pastor Irie Cuevas and Pastor Calvin Tull will be officiating the ceremony on Thursday, May 19, 2022. Pastor Gabriel will honor Zilly on May 18, 2022. 

Zillyana was a vibrant sweet affectionate little girl who loved her family, cocomelon was her favorite, she loved to talk even when theirs was no understanding just baby talk babble, she wanted your full attention & “you were gonna listen to what she had to say”. She loved cake & bday parties & her puppy Zeus. Her brother was her best friend they was inseparable. She enjoyed spending time with all her cousins, playing with toys, or watching cartoons.
 

One thing about Zilly she couldn’t sleep without her daddy and her favorite saying was “ I love you.” Though her  time with her loved ones was short, she touched many lives and was loved deeply by those around her. We as her family cherish her memory & are grateful to God for the time he allowed her with us.
